About Us: Room Experience offers a unique mix of activities, including laser gaming, escaperooms, “Floor is Lava” and a game arcade. Our venue is the place for children’s parties, team outings and parties & celebrations. Due to the growth of our company, we are looking for an enthusiastic First Assistant to join our team.

What will you do?

  • Customer Service
  • Light administrative work such as making quotations
  • Maintain personnel records (evaluation interviews, etc.)
  • Light cleaning
  • Further optimizing the business
  • Intake with large groups and prepare appropriate quotes
  • Supervise various activities, including laser gaming, escaperooms, “Floor is Lava” and the game hall.
  • Working with children (60% of our guests are children’s parties!). But we are working tremendously to attract a more mature audience in the evenings. We are already on the right track!
  • Organizing and supporting parties and celebrations.
  • Lead groups and colleagues as needed.
  • Provide creative input to make the experience even more fun.
  • Perform a variety of duties, from supervising activities, purchasing, organizing events, customer contact, cleaning to meetings with vendors. Everything is possible!

What do we ask?

  • You are enthusiastic and customer-oriented.
  • You have an affinity for children and interact well with them.
  • You can lead and maintain an overview during busy times.
  • You are flexible (including evenings and weekends).
  • You have a creative attitude and enjoy thinking about activities.
  • You are proficient with the Office 365 package.
  • You possess or are willing to obtain an SVH diploma.
